Loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great balcony. Super convenient Wi-Fi and a working fridge. The staff was very nice, especially Livia, who was so helpful and kind! Perfect location for walking to all the major attractions 🌟

Oh man, if you're a foodie, you've got to hit up Babbo's just down the street-it's a gem! The Indian cuisine is a legit explosion of flavors! Plus, Livia was a lifesaver when our luggage got lost, really went the extra mile for us!

But here's the kicker, we faced power outages at 10:30 PM! Imagine no lights or A/C in a 38-degree oven, but we made it work. Even with the hiccups, the place had its charm and the girl at the desk was genuinely nice.

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was newly decorated, it had magnificent location adjacent to taxi within EUR 10, the Termini and shopping streets. Loved the location close to the trains for commuting.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the train station. Our room had great amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a lovely satellite tv. Plus, the private bathroom was well-equipped with free toiletries and a hair dryer.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable.

The location is close to major attractions.

The room was freezing cold with no heater. The communication via WhatsApp was slow and frustrating. There was a power cut , which left us without AC on a hot day and no hot water for showers.

What stands out, both good and bad

Livia from the reception was a beacon of kindness, offering helpful tips and support . The proximity to major attractions made exploring the city easy.

Unfortunately, the shower pressure left much to be desired, a disappointing aspect of our otherwise comfortable stay.

the only issue was the shower pressure. but we loved the spacious kitchen and the easy walk to the train station. plus, the two bathrooms were roomy enough for our group and the A/C worked really well.
